Most dogs should be groomed every 4–8 weeks, depending on their coat type, lifestyle, and how quickly they get dirty or matted. Regular grooming helps keep their coat healthy and makes each session easier for your pet.

We recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome for quick services like nail trims, but full grooming is usually by appointment only.

If your pup’s coat is tangled or matted, we’ll carefully assess it and discuss options with you. Sometimes a short “comfort clip” is safest — we’ll always do what’s best for your dog’s skin and comfort, and never cause pain to remove mats.

Yes! We work patiently and gently with all pets. If your dog is anxious, please let us know in advance so we can schedule extra time or use calming techniques to make their visit stress-free.

For everyone’s safety, we require a current rabies vaccination for all dogs. Bordetella and DHPP are also recommended. Please bring proof of vaccination at your first visit.

We know you love your pup (we do too!), but dogs can get a little wiggly when their parents are nearby. For safety and focus, we kindly ask owners to wait outside or run errands during the groom. Don’t worry — your fur baby’s in caring hands the whole time!
